Permission to Contact by Fax or E-mail |
Because we value your business, and understand the problems associated with unsolicited e-mails and faxes being sent to your company, we now ask our customers to tell us whether or not we have permission to contact them by these electronic means. The 1991 Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Junk Fax Prevention Act of 2004 establish the laws we comply with as to customers permissions to receive materials by fax. Though neither Act discusses any regulation regarding e-mail, we have decided to extend our policy to include ALL outbound digital communications. Please complete the form below. When you do, you'll be entered into a drawing to win Lesman-ware (magic coffee mugs, t-shirts, embroidered golf shirts and Oxfords). Blue denotes required answers.
