Honeywell Flame Safety and Burner and Boiler Controls

Proven ways to reduce costs with combustion controls

Free Webinar with Dan Weise, Lesman Instrumentation Specialist
Honeywell Combustion Controls and Maxon Industrial Burners

Tuesday, Sept 28 2010, 9:00am Central Time.
Location: Your computer. Course Length: 30-45 minutes.

  • Do your existing electromechanical flame safeguard controls give you the ability you need to fine-tune your process or do on-the-spot troubleshooting? Do your older controls comply with current safety codes? Are you worried about the cost of upgrading?
  • How often do you experience problems with nuisance shutdowns? How much time does it cost you? What does it take for your maintenance team to find the source of the problem and get the system running again?
  • Have you ever looked closely at how much your combustion system is costing you in energy?
Did you know that using fuel-air ratio controllers can reduce your energy costs by up to 6 percent?
  • Dan Weise, Lesman Instrumentation SpecialistDoes your process burn multiple fuels? Has the fuel composition in your combustion system changed? Did your existing flame safeguard control adapt to it, or did it stop working? Have you found a solution?
  • How does your existing combustion system detect and handle leaks? What do you use for proof of closure? Did you know that an accurate valve proving system not only meets code, but helps reduce fuel leaks?
